I'm excited to offer Sunday morning yoga class each week via Zoom and I would love for you and your friends & family to join me. My class is very gentle. All levels are welcome. My goal is to create a welcoming space for all types of bodies and offer modifications to make poses accessible for all. I recommend a mat, two blocks, a strap, and blanket, but you can get creative and use whatever you have.
First class is free. $10 suggested donation per class.
